Exchanges/Refunds
REFUNDS
If your product is out of stock, you have the option to exchange for a different product that is the same price as the original product or receive a refund. No other times will a refund be given, only option will be exchanges only unless owner decides otherwise based on other client related circumstances. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for refund to process.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange items for sizes and colors that are in stock. No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of delivery date. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on all exchanged items unless the item was received damaged or defective. No returns or exchanges on undergarments or hosiery.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled up to 8 hours during normal business days, Monday - Friday (excluding the holidays or weekends). Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will not be processed until the following business day. No orders will be processed during holidays or weekends. Please Note: Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CT. Processing time occurs within 1-3 BUSINESS days. Items are shipped out within 3-5 BUSINESS days.
SHIPPING/PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday - Friday 9am-5pm CT. No orders will be processed during holidays or weekends. If order is placed during Holidays, orders will be processed on the next business day. Items are shipped out within 3-5 BUSINESS days from processing time. Once items are shipped (after receiving notification with tracking number) the carrier is responsible for the delivery of the items. If items are not received within 7 days of tracking notification, please contact carrier with the number provided.
